21 00 i got into piper and turned all the lights off. 21 05 i brought a spotlight from the model room and set it at the right distance from the back wall where the photo paper was to be mounted. 21 15 i installed a safelight. 21 20 i placed two benches in front of the back wall on which the models would walk. 21 25 i went outside for a smoke break. 21 27 i run into richard. 21 32 i asked richard if he could help me mount the paper in the wall and he said yes. 21 35 richard started to number each sheet of paper in order to facilitate re-assembly after development and i started to mount the paper on the wall using skotch tape. 21 55 bill opened the second floor entrance to piper and the room was flooded with light. i lost my temper and shouted to him to close the door. 22 00 i took one of the sheets of photo paper that was on the wall and went to the darkroom to develop it in order to see how much damage was done. it was not considerably fogged. 23 55 we finished mounting the paper on the wall. i went to get a group of people to walk in front of the light to create the photogram. 00 05 i returned to piper with 14 people from third semester architecture class. 00 10 i explained to the models what they had to do and we practised a couple of times. 00 15 everything was ready and i turned the light on for 3 seconds. 00 16 consensus was that the exposure was not long enough so i did an additional exposure of 3 seconds. 00 20 i took the paper down from the wall and then went out for a smoke. 00 40 i returned to piper and started removing the skotch tape from the sheets of photo paper and putting them in a box. 01 35 aryt opened the door and asked if i was still in there. i said yes. 02 25 aryt opened the door and asked what was i still doing in there. i tried to explain. 03 55 i finished removing the pieces of skotch tape from the photo paper. 04 00 i took a smoke break. 04 30 i went to the darkroom and started mixing the chemicals. 04 55 i developed the first image. it was black. 04 57 i developed the second image. it was black too. 05 00 i developed the third image. also black. 05 01 i realized that the photo paper was overexposed but i proceeded to develop all 300 sheets regardless. 09 30 i finished developing and drying all photos. 09 50 i went home and took a shower. 10 15 i went to sleep. 14 15 i woke up got dressed had milk and cereal and walked to school. 15 35 i looked at the images again. 15 10 i went to bob slate and bought four boxes of push pins. 16 05 i started re-assembling the images on the wall using the numbers in the back to replicate the order in piper. 23 20 i finished mounting the paper on the wall. 23 40 i typed this text.
